Lense on foodies

Haha... thinking of doing some foodshooting...kira arts of food...tapi masa ani battery camera pun alum tah ter-recharge since malam gerhana hari atu. So, gambar pun pakai point and shoot, guna HTC Desire S.... ada kabui sikit pasal the lense garit (scratched) hehe oppsss

To begin, we start off with bahan-bahan untuk memasak kerang masak kicap ala aku lah ahaii...ertinya apa tu nah...inda tah nyaman tu hahaha and the bahan-bahan atu pon ada harapan bahan-bahan hentam sajalah... i know for sure if u add salt it will become something u can eat already...nya si Zimmern, if it looks good-> eat it!

Ok lah, untuk memasak kerang masak kicap u need to have the keranggss... lagi segar lagi sedap lah. how do you know its segar? i also dunno...kalau ada mcm tejulur warna oren atu so rasa-rasanya it still alive what...


i've prepared about 2 kg of kerang


Then, for the bahan tumis, bawang merah and bawang putih dikisar... i also like to put a little bit (macam banyak saja) ginger yang berhiris...


Bahan-bahan yang lain ialah kicap masin, kicap manis, oyster sauce, tomato sauce...and vinegar

Bahan penambah rasa and warna, 1 biji bawang besar and 2 biji tomoto... if u suka banyak tomato then u add more lah...ada aku kesah...

And this supposedly condiment right hahaha dasar baru belajar memasak...surprisingly masa memasak menu ani baru tah ku tahu apa fungsi the green capsicum...it actually give more flavor maa... put lah..the yellow one also can... i dont have it in the fridge masa ani hehe

hmmm...what else?..owh hehe sorry readers...i dont have the cooked clams...why because it doesnt look as tasty as it taste hahhaha udah atu...kes terlebih air so jadi mcm kureeng (atau???)... bah selamat mencuba if you dare...
